Questions
how much does catering cost?
Our costs to book depends on the following: # of servings, type of service, flavors, and delivery! On-Site Barista Service and Hand-Whisked Matcha Bars will be more premiumly priced (not by much) but will result in the best guest experience and a full range of flavors.
how big are the servings?
Our standard catering size is 12oz servings! We find that these half-size cups are perfect for giving guests a sweet treat without overwhelming them for the night. The smaller cups will also encourage guests to come back for more.
Do you offer complimentary tastings?
Tastings are scheduled for clients that have decided to book our services after receiving a catering quote! To receive a complimentary drink tasting, events must have a minimum of 80 servings.
what type of service is best for me?
Half-Gallons: Perfect for smaller, casual get-togethers (i.e. potlucks, family gatherings, parties)
Grab & Go Cups: Pre-Sealed for Convenience & Fast Hand-Out; However, ice does melt and boba hardens up the longer it stays in the drink.
Self-Serve Boba Bar: Mid-Size Events / 60 - 150 Servings (i.e. Corporate & Office Events, Baby Showers, Smaller Weddings, etc.)

how far in advance do i need to book?
We recommend any large catering services be requested at least one month in advance to guarantee availability (i.e. any boba bars or matcha bars). For grab & go cups or half-gallons, we are much more flexible. Grab & Go can be ordered a week in advance. Half-Gallons can be ordered with 24 hour notice.
